Qualifications for Position:

  • Experience in Facilities Services preferred.
  • Ability to lead others in completing housekeeping tasks.
  • Organizational skills.
  • Commitment to giving best effort.
  • Must have good communication skills with workers and supervisors.

Expected Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead team in absence of Facilities Services Team Lead
  • Monitor and maintain buildings during snow days and floods
  • Report any problems in the area to Facilities Services Team Lead
  • Train and schedule Mark 10:45 workers
  • Be a model employee
  • Direct workers during 2nd shift
  • Coordinate extra workers for special projects and events
