Qualifications for Position:
- Must have a driver's license and be approved as a driver by the college
- Honesty, integrity, and ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential matter.
- Maintain professional appearance
- Must be able to work as needed outside of class and NCAA athletics, primarily from 9pm - 2am
- Able to work last night before campus breaks and first night back from breaks
- Possess organization and communication skills
- Ability to relate to customers in a cooperative and supportive manner in contentious situations
- Ability to research, interpret, and clearly relate needed information to customers or other contacts
- Ability to pay close attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
- Must be able to work productively and diligently both alone (self-motivated) and positively in a team environment
- Proficient in both office and mobile applications
- Experience working with computers and technical material
- Willing to learn new programs and applications with speed and accuracy

- Physical Requirements:
- Driving, distinguish color differences, sufficient hearing, capable of stooping, bending, walking long distances, standing for long periods of time, able to work outdoors in various reasonable weather conditions, and able to lift heavy objects and equipment up to 30 lbs on a regular basis.
Expected Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work with and assist Office Coordinator and Director with assigned tasks
- Safely patrol the campus in the college safety vehicle
- Observe and report:
- Any suspicious behaviour to Security Guard or Director as trained
- Report all discovered campus problems, safety issues, and other property issues through the work request system and other office reporting systems as trained
- Pick-up, carry, and deliver the Shuttle phone
- Responsibly and efficiently respond to shuttle requests to and from a vehicle to building and vice versa as needed
- Operate the college safety vehicle and perform other assigned tasks in a safe and professional manner
- Responsible for following instructions and seeking clarification when needed
- Adhering to all safety practices and training
- Responsible for maintaining, cleaning, and reporting any problems with vehicle(s), keys, phone, and other job-related equipment
- Organize, maintain, and update records (not limited to vehicle information, transport information, safety reports, etc.)
- Assist customers with the education of office services, information, and deadlines in a friendly way
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor
- Issue Citations accurately without bias
- Provide office assistance with computer-related tasks
- not limited to: reports, filing, research, and data entry
- Provide both secretarial and technical customer service
- not limited to: resolving key or parking issues and related technical troubleshooting and resolution
- Assisting ScotsCard workers with but not limited to the following:
- Checking cards in and out through the clipboard
- Issue and replace student IDs
- Maintaining Card Access records
